Did not get oder but my credit card was complete !

Shoespie - Did not get oder but my credit card was complete !
We ordered 15lbs. Of king crab from shoespie and was charged on our credit card and never received! I tried to call the company bit's in foreign language and does not allow me to call from the u.s! This needs to be addressed a s a p since we were charged the full amon our credit card! Please advise we look forward to hearing from you very, very soon!

There is no way of communicating with shoespie they dont ha e a US number to talk to them and they wont respond to there emails

I bought a shed from the company which took out of my bank but i have had no response from them i can not call cuz they have international phone number not American number so i can not talk to them on the phone im very very upset

Please advise order status order number 108821 sent several messages to them no response the only action I see in connection with my order is that theyve deducted the funds from my account. All I need to know is what the status of my order number 108821 yes

There is american phone number to contact customer service just international number which i can not call this makes me upset to know i cant call to talk to customers service

3 emails, no response. Called all numbers, no english. $100 wasted that i wont get back. No clue if product is being delivered or not.
